- STYLING TIPS
• Your Revlon® styling tool is ideal for creating gorgeous curls in all hair types.
• Hair should be clean and dried completely before using any styling tool.
• Plug your styling iron into an electrical outlet. Press and hold Power Button to turn ON and select the temperature setting best suited for your hair type. Once selected, the temperature will blink for 30 seconds and will be ready to use when light stops flashing.
• Separate a 2-inch section of hair and clamp ends to styling iron barrel.
• Using one hand to hold the Cool Tip and the other to hold the Handle, roll hair under for a curl and over for a flip.
• Leave in hair for an average of 5 to 8 seconds, then slowly unroll.
• Press the Clamp Button to release hair.
• Press and hold Power Button to turn OFF and unplug the styling tool after styling is complete.
• Allow the hair to cool before combing or brushing. - HEAT CONTROL IMPORTANT: When using the styling iron for the first time, select the LOWEST heat setting and test in one small section of hair for 5 to 8 seconds. If you want to use a higher setting, be sure to GRADUALLY increase the temperature. Never style hair for the first time on a high setting as this may damage your hair. Use only as much heat as you need for effective curling. Over time, using more heat than is necessary can result in hair damage.
